The official philanthropy of Delphic of Gamma Sigma Tau Fraternity is the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in order to commemorate the loss of Brother James K. Butler to suicide.  The Delphic Fraternity regularly participates in Out of the Darkness walks and works with on-campus suicide prevention organizations to raise awareness of suicide and to aid in the prevention of suicide.

 

In addition, the Delphic Fraternity is also involved in furthering education in developing countries.  The Kappa Chapter at UVA has assisted the fundraising efforts of Students Helping Honduras and has sent several brothers to build libraries in rural communities in China.
